What a typical event looks like

I arrive an hour before the event’s scheduled starting time, check in with the host, and set up the branded table, chips, cards, seating, and other event materials.
If prizes are part of the event, I give the host tickets for distribution to guests.
As guests begin gathering, I welcome players, explain the rules, and answer questions.
Throughout the evening, gameplay is adjusted naturally to match the group’s energy and experience level.
Near the end of play, I exchange chips for final chip counts and determine winners if prizes are being awarded.
At the end of the event, I break down the table, seating, and event materials.
